Loudoun Baptist strives to be a church without walls. Jesus calls for us to go outside the walls to reach the lost and the broken. It is there that the lost will be found. Loudoun Baptist makes an effort to be like the church from the book of Acts, to see our community changed.

HISTORY

SMALL BEGINNINGS

  1. Loudoun Baptist was launched in September 1974 by a small group of believers led by Pastor Ron Johnson with the name Loudoun Baptist Temple.
  2. Pastor Eugene Nichols took the role of pastor in 1987 and under his leadership the church grew, started an annual Vacation Bible Time for kids, supported missionaries around the world and sent out several men from the church into ministry. Eventually, the name of the church was changed to Loudoun Baptist Church.
  3. In March of 2020, Ron Owens was called to become the pastor of Loudoun Baptist Church. God has blessed our church both online and in-person here in the Loudoun area.
  4. Loudoun Baptist is growing steadily, serving the community and sharing Christ with the people of Loudoun County...The best days are still ahead!
  5. Loudoun Baptist is located in Leesburg, VA
  6. Loudoun Baptist runs a hybrid worship service. Not only is worship live in-person, it's also online.
