Becoming a member at Loudoun Baptist means becoming part of our spiritual family and joining us on the most important and exciting journey you will take.

The Bible teaches that when we become a follower of Jesus that we become part of God’s family. But you also need to become a member of a local expression of God’s family — the church!  The difference between being a church attendee and a church member is commitment. Attendees are spectators from the sidelines; members get involved in the ministry.

That’s why it is important to join a local church family. Because it shows that you are committed to your spiritual family and gives you a place to grow and be encouraged by other believers. And while no church is perfect (not even ours), God expects us to be committed to a church family.
